Holy Balls! Youtube on the iPhone!
Don't ask me who sent me this link, but it confirms exactly what I was thinking. Freakin Youtube on the iPhone. It looks like someone took a snapshot of the official site that will go up this week after Steve's keynote speech. Apple already started encoding all Youtube videos to H.264 for the Apple TV. This seems like it was the logical step. Now I'm getting one for sure!

I think this is GREAT!!! But, if this is the "Mystery App" everyone is talking about, I will be dispointed. I wanted something revolutionairy. I mean, regardless of the app, we would have been able to see Youtube through Safari on the iPhone right? This will make Youtube better on the iphone and I do like that, but I'm hoping the for third party apps and stuff, intant messangers and stuff.
It says Web and not Safari, and we know from the commercials that they changed that. So I'm calling fake on this one. Having said that I do think they'll add YouTube, but this screenshot is a hoax.

Look at all the other icons. It seems that lighting effect seem like the light is shinning at those icons from the top (look at SMS and clock icon). The lighter shade also comes down all the way to the middle of the icon. When you look at You Tube icon, light is shinning on th angel and it does not come down that far. On top of that it should be YouTube not You Tube
Not really. Look at the SMS. Looks the same to me. And is there a space?
I cant really see Apple putting an icon on there that looked so ugly.
